On joining grabAvilla, if your villa is in the Orlando area you automatically get added to receive forum mail. If you want to join the forum so you can post your overflow bookings, go to the forum (above address) and click  the link on the left that states: "Click Here to Join Forum". 

If you receive an email from the forum, do not press the reply button to contact the customer. If you do this you simply will be replying to the forum email, which is sending an email to us at grabAvilla. What you need to do is read the email and copy and paste the details into a new email. If there is no email address, you may have to use the other contact details provided, e.g. a telephone number. Remember, you do not have to reply to the email if you feel unsure or if you do not want to use your phone.

Joining the forum is important as the more members that learn to post message on it, the greater the benefits to everyone. We need to think of the future, and placing your overflow booking on the forum helps everyone else, which in turn could help you.

Remember - posting an overflow booking means you have not just said "no" to a potential customer. Helping your customers helps you, for they may try to book with you again in the future. Also, it stops them getting upset with the whole thing and going to the travel agent - It must be made easy for people to book a villa over the Internet. The forum is (along with other help pages on the gAv site) a step in this direction.
