Remember: The idea of having your web site is to get your villa more exposure. If people are not visiting your web site, then why have one? The reason you have a web site is because it is a proven way to get more bookings. grabAvilla does not get involved in the booking process. Someone
booking your villa may have come from the grabAvilla web site. For
example, your site might have been book-marked the first-time it was
visited. The visit may have taken place because the customer clicked a
picture link to your villa web site from the grabAvilla web site. Months later
they may use the book-mark (or favourite) to find your site once again
when they are ready to go on holiday. At the moment it is difficult to
tell whether
the booking came from us or elsewhere. At grabAvilla, we only know three
things for certain: The grabAvilla web site is about honest
exposure for your own villa web site. You do not always know why or how someone
found your site. It therefore follows that you may not always know where the

In any one area only 10 properties will be linked. We know most people do not scroll, or want to scroll a web page. This is why we have decided to only display one screen of properties in any one given area. Once that area is full (10 properties) no more will be added. We use this policy to prevent the problem associated with most search engines - if your not in the top-ten it is hard to be noticed. By preventing over-subscribing, and by limiting the amount of villas in any one area we are making the grabAvilla web site fairer to everyone that has joined. grabAvilla does not entertain other villa agencies or holiday companies. We only intend to property link to individuals that own one (or a few) properties. What chance do you have if the villa next to yours links to another villa agency? Each person that joins has to pay for each link to each villa. So, if someone owns more than one villa, they have to pay for each one in turn. As everyone who joins is contributing towards the cost of advertising - the more that is contributed the more everyone benefits from the increased expenditure on advertising. When joining grabAvilla we do not expect you to leave any other web site that you currently belong to. We at grabAvilla are a different service and are purely here to introduce people that normally would not know that you had a villa or a villa web site. grabAvilla is exclusively for you, the individual villa owner |

We, at grabAvilla see our competition as the established "travel agent". We try to attract the new villa renter, the person who normally books a package holiday with such agents. Other web sites offer other services. They therefore attract cliental for different reasons. We cover some of what they do as we are currently being listed on various search engines. But, WE MAINLY INVEST IN STREET ADVERTISING. We believe that for most owners, no one site can fulfill your potential booking requirements. When joining grabAvilla we do not expect you to leave any other web site that you currently belong to. In fact, we encourage all our members to join other web sites to increase their potential bookings. This is why those that have joined now enjoy a mix of enquiries from different types of renters. |

We can do what the others do not want to do. We have access to advertising in London as we are taxi drivers. For others to do what we do is simply not cost effective. But for us, it is! By using a name that is quick, short and unforgettable we are able to advertise on the streets. We want people to remember the name - through advertising our name, people will easily be able to find the grabAvilla web site . Think about it - you know other services, and once you know their name do you really look elsewhere - why should you? A quick search will always give details about the business you are looking for - no need to remember web addresses, just a name. This is why grabAvilla does

If your villa is in
easy reach of Disney World, Orlando, Florida - linking will also include membership to
the grabAvilla overflow booking forum. This is a great source of enquiries as
members can post any enquiry they cannot cover. When an enquiry is posted here,
it goes out to all the other members in the Orlando area.
We also get enquiries from various pages on the web site. If it is an Orlando enquiry, we post it on the forum. If the enquiry is for any other area, we send out emails to the villa owners in that area. We always try to deal with enquiries as saying "no" to a customer only ensures that they will not come back to grabAvilla. This is why the forum is so good, you no longer have to say no to your prospective customers either. You can now say "I am fully booked but I will see what I can do". All you then have to do is post the enquiry on the grabAvilla booking forum, and let our other members help you out. This has an added benefit: Next time that customer is looking to rent a property they are likely to come back to you as you helped them out last time. The forum's main role is to ensure that enquiries are being circulated - giving you more opportunities to get your villa booked. If other areas get enough villa owners joining, we will have booking forums for them too.
