Yes, we are living in the villa now. I have a 5 year E2 Business visa so, as long as business goes OK, I'm not expecting to rent out in the immediate future.

 

However, as I said in my e-mail, I really appreciate the contribution grabAvilla made to the success of my rentals and wish you both every success for the future.
