Once you find the villa you require, you click on a picture link and go directly to the villa owner's web site. You book direct with the owner.

The benefits of this to you are:
1) No commission, no extra added charges - some web sites are simply agents for owners and will take a 
   commission - grabAvilla is for villa owners, and is funded by the villa owners. Agents will only be used in 
   areas where we feel it is necessary to offer accommodation in areas that would not otherwise be listed.
2) No middlemen - you make all the arrangements  - allegedly avoiding the "holidays from hell"
3) You get to talk to the owner and build a friendly relationship with them [other sites keep you away from the
    owners as they want to be in control]. Most villa owners are usually willing to help if problems arise.
4) The villa owners on grabAvilla are encouraged to work together. They will often contact other owners to
    try and get you what you want.

At the moment, we have a large selection of property in Orlando, Florida. But, we do not stop there - we are always adding villas and apartments in all areas. 

We offer accommodation globally in areas like the Caribbean, Canaries, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and more. If we have not got the area you require, contact us at admin@grabAvilla.com and we may be able to find accommodation for you.

We, at grabAvilla do not want the site to be too complex or too difficult for you to use. It is to this end that you will only ever find a maximum of 10 villas in any one location - one location when full will equal one screen of property - the screen you are looking at.

We advise you to book villas early - the earlier the better. But, do not be put off if you have a late enquiry - we can sometimes help here too.
