You can even phone! We are easy to contact as email links have been placed on most pages. Remember, renting a villa can let you stay where you want to stay - You have more choice then the usual array of beach front hotels (as seen in most holiday brochures) We, at grabAvilla do not want the site to be too complex or too difficult for you to use. It is to this end that you will only ever find a maximum of 10 villas in any one location - one location when full will equal one screen of property - the screen you are looking at. grabAvilla brings you private owners' accommodation that you would not normally come across.

Most villas offer a private pool - By looking at the owner's web site you should be able to find a picture of the pool if they have one.
Many villa owner's offer the facility for you to heat the pool. This is usually at extra cost, but may be worth every penny!!
Most pool areas are protected by a screen and some have a nice area to relax in, with patio furniture provided for your leisure.
Apart from swimming pools, villa owners often offer other facilities - check web sites and ask the owners if you are looking for something in-particular. If the owners do not have it, they normally know the best place to get it from. It is these extras and the owners knowledge that can make your villa holiday a special holiday - one that suits your needs and your requirements.
