Starting with the grabAvilla home page, you will see it is split into three sections:

First Time Renters... 

To access any information, move the mouse pointer over any text that is underlined and click. 

To find a property to rent, click a holiday destination in the 'middle' section. Some destinations are split into more categories, just click the area you are interested in. 

Some locations have numbers after them - e.g." Indian Creek (2)". This means that there will be two properties to choose from. If there is only one property, you will be taken directly to that property. 

If a property grid appears - Wait for the villa pictures to load!! When the pictures have loaded, click one to be transferred to that villa owner's web site.  The pictures have been made so they load quickly.

By surfing through grabAvilla.com, you will see many different villa pictures. Simply click the picture you like, and you will be taken, by a direct link, to the villa owner's web site. Here, you will be able to find all the information you need to assess whether the villa meets your requirements & booking contact details. 

All you have to do is click a location, then click a villa picture link.
Now you can read about that villa on the owner's website. 
IT'S THAT EASY!!
